ALSS is fully compliant with all applicable State and Federal legislation, Industry Codes of Conduct and Industry Best Practice, including the Privacy Act, Uniform Civil Procedure Rules, the ASIC / ACCC Debt Collection Guidelines, and the Commercial & Private Inquiry Agents Act.

• ALSS currently holds a NSW Master Licence (CAPI Agents Act 2004).

All our staff and contractors are fully trained in all aspects of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and hold appropriate licenses and insurances.
